Interesting to watch you, my Father use to syringe our ears as kids and I do it, but we put warm olive oil in our ears with piece of cotton to wear overnight if we had an earache, worked everytime. This man must feel better with all that out, question, lump on right side of head, is that a lipoma? Patient was a really good sport

Just curious - why do you not use buffered lidocaine(3:1 sterile bicarbonate of soda)? It reduces the sting/burn of the injection by about 50%. I’ve had both and the buffering makes a big difference. No use in having the patient endure any more pain than necessary.

I had an anesthetic then the cortisone. I could move my arm better that day. Then the anesthetic wears off and the pain came back worse. It was the anesthetic that dulled the pain and let me move my arm better that day. He made the patient move his arm immediately because he knew he could while the anesthesia is working. Should have made a follow up video a few days later to prove it works. Sigh…..
